Refund policy

At Sugar Me Syd, we take immense pride in the quality and satisfaction of our baked goods. We strive to ensure that each treat leaving our kitchen meets the highest standards of taste and presentation. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy below:

  1. Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive an order that doesn't meet your expectations in terms of design or appearance, you are not required to take your cake. If you are unhappy with the way your cake turned out, please let me know and I will give you a full refund. Just note, I cannot issue the refund for the design/style if you decide to take the cake home. 

  2. Cancellation Policy: Due to high demand, all deposits are non-refundable, even when you cancel your order. However, If you decide to cancel your order anytime before pickup, you are not responsible to pay the second half of your payment.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Any goods that have been brought home or consumed are not available to be refunded. Once the product leaves our hands, it is no longer our responsibility (please take extra care of your cake transferring home). 

  4. Contact Us: To request a refund or discuss any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team at sugarmesyd23@gmail.com. Please provide your name, pickup date and details about the issue, and we'll do our best to assist you.

  5. Policy Changes: Sugar Me Syd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
